Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Pako Laine and Sam Quint. Laine comes to the cage accompanied by Living on a Prayer. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Sam Quint!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Columbo Gatti and John Kavanagh.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Laine clinches with his opponent.
Quint changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Laine fights it off and pushes away nicely.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Quint tries for a takedown but Laine manages to get underhooks.
Quint is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Laine gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Pako Laine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sam Quint.

You can see the frustration on Laine's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Quint controlling the position well here. Laine rolled but Quint kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Laine definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Laine has hold of Quint's leg, trying to break free but it's let Quint lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Laine is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Quint throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
