Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chung Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tanna Willz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chung Bruce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tanna Willz!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruce goes for a double leg but Willz avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Willz continues to drive forward.

Willz closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bruce did well to prevent Willz getting side control.
Willz content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Bruce wants to get back to full guard.
Bruce wants to get back to his feet.
Willz working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Willz is thwarting Bruce's attempts to control the position.

Willz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Bruce keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Willz not doing much here.

Willz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bruce defends it well.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bruce is looking to improve his position.
Bruce on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Willz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Willz stops Bruce from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Willz moves nicely into side control.

Willz is trying to get an arm triangle but Bruce is defending well.
Bruce tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Willz wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Bruce tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Willz presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Willz looking to control but Bruce is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Willz looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Bruce is wriggling around trying to escape.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bruce regains half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tanna Willz dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Willz moves into the clinch.
Willz fails to pull guard.
Willz tries to land knees in the clinch but Bruce avoids the damage to the body.
Willz wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bruce wants to stall.
Willz has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bruce managing to block the knees to the body from Willz.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bruce's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Willz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bruce feinted with a counter takedown.
Bruce really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Willz closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bruce did well to prevent Willz getting side control.
Bruce is trying to maintain the position but Willz is very close to passing his half guard.

Willz is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Willz frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Bruce is trying desperately to improve position.
Willz with shots to the head and body - Bruce looks very uncomfortable down there.
Willz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bruce is looking to escape.
Tanna Willz has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bruce is looking to improve his position but Willz isn't that keen on the idea.

Willz looking to control but Bruce is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Bruce can't escape the position.
Willz controlling his opponent.
Bruce is squirming around, avoiding Willz's attempts to control the action.
Bruce throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Bruce tries to reverse the position but Willz maintains control.
Willz with the ground and pound from mount.

Willz moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bruce has worked his arm free - good work by Bruce!
Bruce can't do much from the bottom here.
Bruce is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Willz blocks the strikes from Bruce.
Willz stops Bruce from getting back to his feet.
Nice strikes from Willz there.
Willz prevents Bruce from improving his position.
Willz sitting and controlling from the half guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Willz misses with a head kick.

Willz closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bruce circles away.
Bruce shoots in looking for a takedown but Willz manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bruce's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tanna Willz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Willz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Willz lands in his opponent's guard.

Bruce had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Willz defends it easily.
Bruce tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bruce is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bruce wants to sweep but no luck.

Willz tries to free his leg and advance position but Bruce is retaining full guard.
Bruce throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Willz is working Bruce over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Willz wants to stand but Bruce is controlling his posture from full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
A looping hook to the body misses from Willz. Bruce does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bruce was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Willz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Willz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Willz lands in his opponent's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bruce controls Willz momentarily but Willz frees himself.
Willz looking to pass the guard.
Willz throws a big elbow that misses.
Bruce keeping moving, preventing Willz from controlling successfully.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bruce is on top in guard.

Willz controls Bruce momentarily but Bruce frees himself.
Willz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bruce wants to get up but he can't break Willz's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Willz avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Willz trying to keep a closed guard but Bruce is proving a slippery customer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
No luck for Bruce with that takedown attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Willz attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Willz. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Willz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bruce.
Chung Bruce has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Tanna Willz is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Willz closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Tanna Willz comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Willz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
