Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Balrog Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Johnson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gary Clark Jr. - Bright Lights . Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Johnson connects with a high kick.
A low kick from Da Silva is predictable there
and Johnson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Da Silva closes the distance looking to clinch
and Johnson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Da Silva shoots and misses
and Johnson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Da Silva throws a series of punches but Johnson avoids them all with ease.

Da Silva doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Johnson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Balrog Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Da Silva.

Johnson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Da Silva takes a step back to recover.

and Johnson counters with a good low kick that Da Silva was not able to check.
Johnson throws a front kick that sends Da Silva stumbling back into the cage.
Johnson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Anderson Da Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Da Silva throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Johnson counters with an inside leg kick.
Da Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Johnson. Johnson obviously looking to wear him down.
Johnson thumps Da Silva with a low kick.

Da Silva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Johnson can pounce on him.

Johnson lands a big head kick that sends Da Silva tumbling to the mat! Johnson takes a step backwards and waves Da Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Da Silva is rocked!
Johnson darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Da Silva's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Johnson before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Balrog Johnson!
