Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Virgil Keller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shunsui Kyoraku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keller comes to the cage accompanied by War Music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Virgil Keller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shunsui Kyoraku!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Keller misses the target.
Keller throws a jab but it's blocked by Kyoraku.
Kyoraku slips a jab from Keller.
Kyoraku throws a head kick but Keller moves out of range.
Shunsui Kyoraku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Keller uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kyoraku.
Keller darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A right-left combo lands from Kyoraku.
Kyoraku takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kyoraku darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Keller throws the left hand but Kyoraku avoids the punch easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Keller cracks Kyoraku with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Kyoraku dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Keller. That did some damage!
Keller throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kyoraku on the side of the head.
Kyoraku uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Keller.
Keller turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kyoraku throws a lazy right hand but Keller sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Keller looks to land a combination but Kyoraku avoids it well.
Kyoraku gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kyoraku lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Keller has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Keller and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kyoraku fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Keller is out of range.

Keller connects with a leg kick. Kyoraku looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Kyoraku throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Keller chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kyoraku can pounce on him.

Keller was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Kyoraku takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kyoraku fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Keller checks it well.
Keller is looking to counter punch.
Keller misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Kyoraku connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Keller momentarily.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Keller.
Kyoraku throws a solid leg kick but Keller takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kyoraku.

and Kyoraku takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Keller bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kyoraku's head backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Shunsui Kyoraku will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
