The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Kuznetsov as he connects with a hook.
Puch missing with a left hand there. Kuznetsov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kuznetsov blocks a jab.
Kuznetsov is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

and Puch cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.


It looks like Alexandr Kuznetsov has been cut.

Puch closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kuznetsov to the mat! Kuznetsov manages to get full guard.

Puch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Puch postures up in Kuznetsov's guard and throws a big left but Kuznetsov blocks it.

Puch seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Kuznetsov's chin but Kuznetsov turns very nicely into Puch's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Kuznetsov.

A big strike lands for Puch! That's really hurt Kuznetsov and he's turned his back - Puch keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Puch jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
