The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoss with a hook.

It looks like Lynwood Terrell has been cut.

Terrell looking to score a takedown here. Hoss is defending well but Terrell drives through and ends up in Hoss's guard.

Hoss has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Terrell has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Hoss lands a body punch in the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hoss takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Terrell is trying to pull guard but Hoss has him pressed against the cage.
Hoss has Terrell pressed against the cage, preventing Terrell from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Hoss jumps guard and drags Terrell to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hoss holds on and takes a little breather.
Terrell throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hoss has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Terrell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hoss pulls Terrell in close to prevent any damage.
Terrell won't allow Hoss to get back to his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Terrell tries for a takedown but Hoss sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hoss looks to clinch
and Terrell counters with a three punch combo that has Hoss backing up. Hoss nods at Terrell to acknowledge the strikes.

Hoss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Terrell sprawls well initially but Hoss persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Hoss seems to be looking for submissions.
Hoss blocks the strikes from Terrell.
Terrell wants to improve his position but Hoss is controlling well.
Terrell is looking to escape.

Hoss is looking for a kimura here.
Hoss is controlling the pace.

Hoss with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Terrell wants to get back to full guard.
Terrell misses with some strikes from the bottom.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Terrell really is a fat lump.

Hoss changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Terrell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Hoss misses with the ground and pound.
Hoss moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Hoss tries for a kimura but Terrell is defending well.
Terrell is trying to escape the position but Hoss is controlling the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Terrell is looking to reverse the position.
Hoss has control of an arm but Terrell manages to advance to Hoss's back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bigg Hoss dominated that round.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Hoss shoots in and gets a takedown into Terrell's guard.
Terrell is looking to stand back up but Hoss counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Terrell.

Terrell has one foot on Hoss's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
A combination from Terrell does no damage.
Terrell blocks a low kick nicely.
Terrell closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Hoss fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Terrell to the ground. Hoss is now in Terrell's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Terrell looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Hoss puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Hoss works his foot free and advances to mount.
Hoss unloads with some shots from mount but Terrell bucks and avoids them well.

Hoss content just to control the position here.

Hoss is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Hoss thows a leg kick but Terrell checks it
and Terrell cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hoss closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Terrell quickly recovers to half guard.
Hoss controlling the pace.

Hoss postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Terrell to stand up.
Terrell fails with a takedown attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hoss misses with a head kick.

Hoss drops Terrell with a beautiful combination! Terrell stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hoss is looking for the KO!

Terrell is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Terrell tries to get into range but Hoss steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Terrell! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Hoss scores the big KO victory!
