PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Martino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Killer Kawalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martino comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Intro (One Two) . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawalski misses with a straight right.
Kawalski moves out of range of the strikes.
Martino lands the left hand.

It looks like Killer Kawalski has been cut.
Kawalski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Martino.
Martino walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kawalski.
Kawalski is looking to land body kicks.
Martino moves out of range as Kawalski strikes.

Martino sends Kawalski crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Martino is motioning to the referee to let Kawalski up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Martino rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kawalski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Martino throws a hook but Kawalski blocks it.
Kawalski let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Kawalski waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Martino.
Martino is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Kawalski.

Martino drops Kawalski with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kawalski looks back up at him and smiles so Martino waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kawalski uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Martino.
Martino steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Kawalski is out on his feet! Martino sets himself and nearly takes Kawalski's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
