Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jingle Jingle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I'm Shipping Up To Boston. Jingle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kay Kyser - Jingle Jangle Jingle kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jingle Jingle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jingle works the jab nicely.
Jingle avoids the head kick by Hunter.
Hunter swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jingle shoots in for a takedown but Hunter shows good takedown defense.

Jingle clinches up against the cage.
Hunter misses with some punches.
Hunter lands with a short shot to the head.
A frustrated look appears on Jingle's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Jingle wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hunter lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jingle backwards.
Hunter tries to work over Jingle's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Jingle breaks from the clinch.
Jingle tries to bum rush Hunter with a series of wild strikes but Hunter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jingle misses with a looping left.
Hunter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Jingle fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hunter avoids it really well and circles away.
Jingle misses with a few strikes there.
Hunter shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jingle eats them both and turns towards Hunter to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Hunter lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Hunter misses with a hook.
Jingle uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hunter.
Jingle lands a nice shot to the body.

Hunter scores with a crisp jab that stopped Jingle in his tracks.
Hunter uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jingle.
Hunter lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Jingle closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jingle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jingle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Jingle tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jingle lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jingle is looking to take a break and control but Hunter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jingle cracks Hunter with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Hunter manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Hunter controls Jingle momentarily but Jingle frees himself.
Hunter is adopting a defensive guard.

Hunter wants to sweep but no luck.
Jingle trying to control the position from guard on top but Hunter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hunter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

A close round but Jingle Jingle will probably get the nod.

Jingle gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hunter cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hunter looks to land a combination but Jingle avoids it well.

We've been told by Hunter's head coaches at Extreme Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Hunter lands a nice looking body shot.
Jingle dips to his left and cracks Hunter with an uppercut!

Hunter swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

letting Hunter counter with a right hand.
Hunter avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hunter thuds his right hand into Jingle's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Jingle is still on wobbly legs! Can Hunter finish him?
Justin Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hunter lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Jingle head around and knocks him out cold! Hunter hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
