Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ervin Webster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rodolfo Belem!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belem misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Webster drops down looking for a counter takedown but Belem sprawls and moves away.
Belem swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Webster.
A combination from Belem does no damage.
Belem fails to land with a series of punches.
Belem listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Belem lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Webster backs up against the cage.
Belem cracks Webster with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Belem throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Webster.
Webster tried to counter with a leg kick but Belem avoided it.
No luck for Webster with that takedown attempt.

Webster closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Belem has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Webster is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Webster lands a nice short elbow.
Webster content to control rather than advance.
Webster really is a fat lump.

Webster changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Belem looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Belem is trying to control Webster's posture but Webster avoids it.

As Belem tries to get set, Webster tries to push him back and clinch up but Belem manages to avoid the attempt.

Webster feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rodolfo Belem has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ervin Webster is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Belem is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
