Cain avoids the body shot from Mancini.
Cain appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Cain lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mancini's sensitive parts.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Cain.
Mancini fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Cain counters with a head kick that drops Mancini to the mat! Mancini scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Cain looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Cain backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Mancini's temple! It sends Mancini violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Cain celebrates and the doctors try to help Mancini!
