Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Super Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vidar Nord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

A slapping body kick lands there for Man.
Nord punishes Man's body with a nice straight punch.
Man waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nord.
Man fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nord looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Man closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Nord manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Man wants to pass the guard but Nord is defending well.
Man performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Man will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We've been hearing that Man has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Man wants to control from the top but Nord keeps moving.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Man looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Nord throws a hook but Man avoids it easily.
Man feints and then cracks Nord's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nord down.
Nord thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Man if he has to take too many more of those.
Nord ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Man moves away.
Nord throws a hook to the side of Man's head but Man sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Man takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nord has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Super Man will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Vidar Nord seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Nord pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Nord throws a looping overhand right but Man ducks down to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Man throws a body punch but Nord moves out of range.

Man will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Man.

Nord comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

and Man counters with a good, hard body kick but Nord shrugs it off.

Vidar Nord seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nord looks to land a body kick but Man moved away.
Nord ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Man is looking to chop away at Nord's legs.

Man on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Man tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Man on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Nord fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Man manages to avoid it.

Horrible takedown attempt by Man or perhaps it was just good defense by Nord, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Super Man. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Man shoots in but no luck this time.
Nord takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Man throws a predictable looking body shot

and Nord counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Super Man overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Man wants to improve his position but Nord is controlling well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nord is thwarting Man's attempts to control the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Vidar Nord showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Nord motions for Man to come forward. Nord throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Man lands a front kick.
Nord takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Man throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nord appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Nord takes a swing at Man's ribcage but misses.
Man blocks a low kick nicely.
Man shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nord defends it nicely.
Nord throws a head kick but Man moves out of range.
Man throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man lands with a good body shot.
Man tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nord swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Man throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Nord crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Man - the referee stops the clock and Nord gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Man. Nord manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Nord lands a nice hook to Man's body. Man takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Man misses the shot to the body.

Man shoots in and gets a takedown into Nord's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Man advances to half guard.
Man wants to free his trapped foot but Nord is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Man is stalling here. Nord is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Man seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Nord has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Nord connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Man some visible discomfort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nord wants to lay and pray for a moment but Man keeps working.

Man tries to buck Nord off but Nord is having none of it.
Nord with the ground and pound but Man regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Super Man.
I think Man has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
