PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harald Udd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Leftwich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Andre Leftwich was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Harald Udd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andre Leftwich!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Udd lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Udd connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Leftwich drops his hands momentarily and Udd takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Leftwich closes the distance but Udd moves to the side
and Udd counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Leftwich wants to clinch but Udd slips to the side
enabling Udd to counter with a crisp jab.

Leftwich is rocked!
Udd flashes Leftwich a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Leftwich's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Leftwich crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Udd punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Harald Udd thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
