The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alves throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Alves wants to clinch.

Alves bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Belmont! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Belmont is rocked!
Alves postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Belmont covers up, he's hurt! Alves keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Alves and the ref steps in to end the fight! Alves can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
