And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eamonn McGuigan!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Britton works over McGuigan's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Eamonn McGuigan has been cut.
Britton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Britton scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Britton connects with a body shot that sends McGuigan's belly button to the back.

Britton throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McGuigan on the side of the head.
Britton lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Britton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McGuigan avoids a punch combination nicely.
McGuigan is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
McGuigan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Britton throws a hook but McGuigan blocks it.
Britton shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. McGuigan eats them both and turns towards Britton to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

That has opened up Eamonn McGuigan's cut even more.
McGuigan is looking to land body kicks.

Britton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Britton misses the shot to the body.
McGuigan misses with a body kick.
Eamonn McGuigan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Britton throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Britton blocks a low kick nicely.
A slapping body kick lands there for McGuigan.
Britton lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. McGuigan is looking to close the distance but Britton sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! McGuigan crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope McGuigan is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

A very excited looking Tel Britton rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
