Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mib Louie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Theodorou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Louie kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Batter-up. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Theodorou scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Theodorou checks a leg kick.
Theodorou feints the counter takedown.
Louie throws the kick towards the body but Theodorou avoids it.
Theodorou has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Louie.
We've been told by Louie's head coaches at English Top Team - THE Hybrid Gym (11 ELITE ) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Louie displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Theodorou.
Theodorou stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Louie.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Theodorou connects with a nice short shot to Louie's temple.

It looks like Mib Louie has been cut.
Theodorou loads up with a big shot that hurts Louie! He's pulled Theodorou in close but Theodorou has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Louie survive? More strikes from Theodorou and Louie is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

After the fight, Jake Theodorou was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Mib Louie stepped up to the mic, saying 'you win some you lose some today was his day.'.
