Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between King Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asmar Dagher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wong's entrance music is Eye Of The Tiger - Survivor. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Wong closes the distance and clinches.
Wong misses with a hook from the clinch.
Wong tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dagher's elbow.
Wong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Wong tries to throw a body punch but Dagher avoids it by throwing Wong back against the ropes.
Wong swings wildly with an uppercut but Dagher uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wong has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Wong goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Wong can't find room to land a body shot as Dagher controls the action.
Wong lands with a short shot to the head.
Wong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wong misses with a short punch on the inside.
Wong has a couple of punches blocked by Dagher.
Wong's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

It looks like King Wong has been cut.

Dagher breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wong tries to clinch up but Dagher circles away and keeps his distance.

and Dagher counters with a low kick, right behind Wong 's knee.
Wong connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

and Dagher counters with a straight right hand.
Wong is looking to clinch but Dagher is avoiding it.

Dagher misses the body punch
enabling Wong to counter with a crisp jab.
Some wild striking there from Dagher.
Wong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Dagher paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wong throws a combination that misses
and Dagher counters with a straight right hand.

and Dagher makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wong is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

King Wong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dagher circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dagher counters with a big right hook, that lands right on the temple! Wong goes down! Dagher rushes to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. This one's going to be close! 3,4,5,6,7... Wong is up to one knee.... 8,9....10! He didn't make it! This fight is over!

A very excited looking Asmar Dagher made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
King Wong was interviewed post fight and said 'You are a worthy opponent. The Mighty King Wong will return. Train hard, fight harder!'.
