Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pit Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henrique Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mies comes to the cage accompanied by Condemned 84 - Face the agression. Dias has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Pit Mies has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mies has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dias finds it's way round the side to connect with Mies's head.
Mies throws a body punch but Dias moves out of range.
Mies closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mies lands in his opponent's guard.
Dias looks winded!
Mies passes Dias's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Mies postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Dias to stand up.
Mies connects with a nice looking jab.
Mies closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dias quickly recovers to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mies in particular looking to stall.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dias looks like he's trying to stand up.
Mies is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dias is just riding it out for now. Mies eventually gives up the hold.
Mies is looking for a kimura here.

Mies looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Mies is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dias wants to get back to his feet.
Still in half guard, Mies seems content to control.
Mies lands with a punch from half guard.
Mies is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dias sees it coming and defends easily.

Mies decides to stand and escape the position.
Henrique Dias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dias gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mies to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Mies has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Dias is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Mies yanks on the arm and Dias is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Mies.
