Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alex Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Duplesris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopkins comes to the cage accompanied by Coming home -Dirty money. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 31 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Seth Duplesris!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duplesris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hopkins moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Duplesris misses with a jab, cross combination.
Duplesris misses with a body shot.
Duplesris throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hopkins counters with a series of strikes. Duplesris will be more careful next time no doubt.
Duplesris has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hopkins scores with the left hand. Duplesris knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Seth Duplesris has been cut.
Hopkins lands a jab to Duplesris's midsection.
A big right from Duplesris misses.
Duplesris slips under a jab.
Hopkins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Duplesris misses with a wild body shot.
Duplesris takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Duplesris is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Duplesris gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Hopkins points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Duplesris wakes up just in time to hear Hopkins thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Alex Hopkins tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
