The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Milavic changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carroll looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Carroll controls the position for a moment.
Carroll knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Milavic on the ground.

Carroll is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Milavic asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Milavic lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Carroll down.
Carroll pushes Milavic away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Milavic gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Milavic is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Carroll knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Carroll reaches up around Milavic's neck trying to control. But Milavic takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Carroll! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Carroll is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Milavic celebrates the victory with the fans!
