Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Camatta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grin Ribber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribber is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ay Ay Ay. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Antonio Camatta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Grin Ribber!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Camatta.
Ribber shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Camatta appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Ribber throws a lazy right hand but Camatta sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Camatta checks the leg kick.
Ribber fails to land with a series of punches.

Camatta shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Ribber counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Ribber stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Camatta swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Ribber has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Camatta is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Ribber.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round but Antonio Camatta did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.

Camatta got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ribber has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Camatta has managed to get both his arms back between Ribber's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Antonio Camatta.
I think Camatta has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
