Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Paddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Dilaxo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paddy's entrance music is The Battering Ram - Come Out & Fight. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dilaxo misses with the combination.
Paddy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Dilaxo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Paddy connects with a crisp jab.
Paddy throws a jab but it's blocked by Dilaxo.
Dilaxo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dilaxo misses with a two punch combination.
Dilaxo throws a series of punches but Paddy moves out of range.
Paddy misses with a straight left.
Dilaxo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dilaxo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dilaxo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dilaxo.
Dilaxo wants to clinch up but Paddy keeps it at a distance.
Paddy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Paddy avoids a punch combination nicely.
Paddy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight.
Dilaxo takes one to the chin there.
Dilaxo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Paddy.
Dilaxo tries to move into range but Paddy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Paddy dodges the punch combination from Dilaxo.

Paddy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Paddy moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Paddy is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Paddy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dilaxo at a distance.
Dilaxo is still on wobbly legs! Can Paddy finish him?
Dilaxo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Dilaxo throws a right hand that Paddy ducks under and follows up with a left that Paddy also avoids with ease.
Paddy drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Dilaxo right on the button. Dilaxo goes down! Paddy follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Paddy gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Paddy!
