And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Erick Clap!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clap tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Aybara manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A jab from Aybara does it's job there.
Aybara lands a jab to Clap's midsection.

Aybara looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Clap!
Clap is not content to let Aybara control the position.

Clap is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Aybara connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Aybara shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Clap as he avoids it easily.
Aybara shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Clap pinned against the cage. Clap gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Clap is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Aybara's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Aybara's back!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Aybara rolls, trying to escape but Clap keeps control of the position.

Clap looking to break Aybara's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Aybara remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Clap will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
