PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Sebastien Veron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veron comes to the cage accompanied by The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veron fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Murray.
Murray bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Murray misses with a looping left.

Murray seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Veron does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Veron is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Veron lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Veron gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Murray might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Murray throws a left that rocks Veron and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Murray dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Veron regain composure!

Veron tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Murray presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Murray takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Veron seems to have got his legs back now.
Veron is trying desperately to improve position.

Veron reaches up to try and pull Murray in and control his posture, but Murray latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Veron taps out and this one is all over!
