Araujo comes to the cage accompanied by Who Shot Ya?. Timmons has chosen Take Me To Church as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Araujo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Timmons looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Araujo passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Timmons!

Araujo has control of Timmons's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Timmons regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Timmons is trying desperately to improve position.
Araujo is trying to take his opponent's back.
Araujo is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Timmons is in real trouble.

Araujo working for a choke but Timmons is defending well.

Araujo has got one arm under Timmons's chin. This could be trouble... Timmons trying to control the other hand but Araujo gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Timmons has tapped out! The fight is over!

Luiz Araujo tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Nate Timmons stepped up to the mic, saying 'Oh, what a bummer...lesson learned!but wait for the next victory, for the spoils of this defeat will be sown...'.
