Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fabian Hoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Beckett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoi comes to the cage accompanied by Fehu - Wardruna. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beckett takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hoi throws a sloppy body shot
and Beckett counters with a nice body shot.
Hoi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hoi throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Beckett flicks out a counter leg kick but Hoi steps away.
Hoi fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hoi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bjorn's Elite Team in the buildup to the fight.

The crowd cheers as Hoi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Beckett doesn't seem phased though.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Beckett crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hoi - the referee stops the clock and Beckett gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hoi. Beckett manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

After the fight, Fabian Hoi was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
