Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brazilian Army!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gwegowy East!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Army looks to land a left hand but East moved out of range nicely.
East takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
No joy there for Army, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
East throws a counter combo.
East has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from East there as he acknowledges the shot.
Army misses with a series of wild punches.
East is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Nice jab there from Army.
Army tries to close the distance and clinch but East swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Despite the aggression on East's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Army scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Army is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Army is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by East.
East's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Army connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! East scrambles back to his feet.
East is rocked!

Army drops East with a straight left! Oh this is bad for East! Army dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

A less than humble Brazilian Army misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
