Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor comes to the cage accompanied by Bow Down. Couture has chosen Mama said knock you out as his entrance music. Brandon Couture has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture throws a hook but Taylor avoids it easily.
Taylor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Taylor slips under a jab from Couture.

Taylor connects with an inside leg kick.

Couture misses with a looping right.
Couture throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Taylor on the side of the head.
A decent looking cross lands there for Taylor.
Taylor fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Couture.
Couture drops his hands momentarily and Taylor takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It looked like Taylor wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Taylor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Couture circles away quickly and effectively.

and Taylor counters with a crisp one two that drops Couture! Taylor thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Couture to his feet! Couture is in big trouble!

Taylor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Taylor lands the left hand.
Taylor is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Brandon Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Couture throws a hook to the side of Taylor's head but Taylor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Taylor throws a nice looking combination but Couture bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Couture throws a lazy right hand but Taylor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Taylor lands with a nice combination. Couture backs away looking to recover.

Couture might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Taylor connects with a body shot that sends Couture's belly button to the back.

Couture throws a sloppy head kick
and Taylor counters with a series of strikes. Couture will be more careful next time no doubt.

Taylor lands a big uppercut and Couture crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Couture looks OK. Taylor waves Couture back to his feet!

Taylor drops Couture with a straight right hand, right on the button! Taylor follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
