Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between DeAndre Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukeva Tutka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lukeva Tutka is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutka loads up on a big right hand but Jackson slips the punch.
Tutka looks to land a left hand but Jackson moved out of range nicely.

Jackson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tutka can do anything to dispel that myth.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jackson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Jackson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Tutka looks a forlorn figure.

Tutka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jackson sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Tutka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jackson.
Jackson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tutka.

Jackson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tutka can do to turn this around?

Jackson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Tutka for as long as he can get away with.
Tutka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jackson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Jackson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
No luck for Jackson with that takedown attempt.

Tutka darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Tutka cracks Jackson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tutka has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Jackson to stand back up!


It looks like DeAndre Jackson has been cut.

Tutka feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jackson sprawling to the canvas! Jackson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tutka finish him?!


Jackson is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jackson has his takedown stuffed
and Tutka counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lukeva Tutka!
An out of breath Lukeva Tutka thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
