The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Henderson manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bill wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Henderson , who protects the arm well.

Bill looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Henderson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bill is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Henderson is just riding it out for now. Bill eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Henderson manages to get to full guard.
Bill tries to free his leg and advance position but Henderson is retaining full guard.
Bill postures up in Henderson 's guard and throws a big left but Henderson blocks it.

Bill drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Henderson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bill has Henderson in his guard.

Henderson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Bill is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Henderson is aware though and is defending well.

Bill is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Henderson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bill has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Henderson has managed to get both his arms back between Bill's legs - danger averted.

Henderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bill has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Henderson . Oh but Bill has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Henderson goes limp - he's gone! Bill jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
