Maru comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Chris Brown - Ayo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Riki Maru struggled to make weight for this fight. Thomas feints and as Maru raises his hands in defense, Thomas changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Thomas scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Thomas is posturing up here but Maru has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Thomas tries to roll out but it's too tight and Thomas has to tap! Slick submission there by Maru!
