Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaakko Parantainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samppa Linna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parantainen comes to the cage accompanied by Carol of the Bells - Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parantainen throws a jab when Linna was well out of range.
Linna shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Parantainen works the jab nicely.

Parantainen throws a head kick but Linna moves out of range.
Parantainen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Parantainen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Linna ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Parantainen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Jaakko Parantainen has been cut.
Parantainen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Linna is fending him off so far but Parantainen persists. Nope, Linna circles away and we're back to standing.
Linna steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Parantainen.
