Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Patches Meech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Machio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Meech might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to shear it maybe. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machio takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Meech misses with the combination.

Machio gets a clinch.

Machio tightens his grip and picks Meech up, before dumping him to the ground. Meech manages to land in guard.
Meech wants to stand up but Machio is controlling him.
Meech knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machio on the ground.
Machio throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Machio is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Machio working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
