Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Theodorou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clinton Offley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Clinton Offley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Theodorou misses with a hook to the body

and Offley counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Theodorou connects with a nice short shot to Offley's temple.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Theodorou lands a nice short elbow.

Offley has his foot on Theodorou's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Theodorou works his way back into a safe position though.

Offley is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Theodorou defends well.

Offley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Theodorou doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Offley is tightening it up a little... Theodorou has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Theodorou reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Theodorou taps out! Nice BJJ there by Offley!
