The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ricci throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ricci bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ricci connects with a body shot that sends Lc Barbosa's belly button to the back.
Ricci moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ricci uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lc Barbosa.
Ricci tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Lc Barbosa manages to circle out of the way.
Ricci cracks Lc Barbosa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Ricci displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lc Barbosa throws out the jab.

Lc Barbosa tries to clinch there but Ricci circles away.

Ricci closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Lc Barbosa! Ricci dives in looking to finish! Lc Barbosa is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
