Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alf Gingerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flavio Nascimento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nascimento has chosen Psirico - Lepo Lepo as his entrance music. Flavio Nascimento will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gingerson closes the distance and clinches.
Gingerson is trying to pull guard but Nascimento has him pressed against the ropes.

Gingerson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Gingerson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Gingerson stands up and waves to Nascimento to follow him.
Gingerson tries to land a front kick but Nascimento steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gingerson throws an overhand right that lands on Nascimento's shoulder, as Nascimento tries to avoid the shot.
Nascimento lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A nice combination there by Nascimento.
Nascimento stuffs the takedown.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gingerson closes the distance and clinches up with Nascimento, looking for a takedown. Gingerson pushes Nascimento against the ropes but Nascimento circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alf Gingerson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Some bone on bone action there as Gingerson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nascimento throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Nascimento scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gingerson in his tracks.
Flavio Nascimento seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gingerson is breathing heavily.

Nascimento lands a left and a right that send Gingerson crashing to the mat, dazed. Nascimento thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

and Nascimento counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
