Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maki Pulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Strong Belwas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pulu comes to the cage accompanied by Alive. Strong Belwas will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Strong Belwas!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulu fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pulu goes for a double leg but Belwas avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Belwas continues to drive forward.
Pulu throws a series of punches but Belwas moves out of range.
Pulu misses with a double jab
and Belwas counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Maki Pulu has been cut.
Belwas swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from Pulu.
Pulu loads up on a big right hand but Belwas slips the punch.
A big right from Pulu misses.
Belwas connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pulu momentarily.
Pulu misses with an uppercut
and Belwas counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Belwas tries a head kick but it misses.
We've been hearing reports that Pulu has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Pulu misses with a combination
and Belwas counters with an inside leg kick.
Pulu throws an overhand right that lands on Belwas's shoulder, as Belwas tries to avoid the shot.
Pulu moves out of range of the leg kick from Belwas.

Pulu takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Belwas connects with a single shot there.
Pulu takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Belwas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pulu.
Belwas misses with a two punch combination.
Pulu swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Pulu shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Belwas defends it nicely.
Nice defenses there by Belwas.
Maki Pulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pulu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Maki Pulu's cut is getting worse.
Pulu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Belwas lands a big uppercut and Pulu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pulu looks OK. Belwas waves Pulu back to his feet!

Pulu is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pulu wants to stay close but Belwas steps back to make room for something. Pulu seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Belwas and Pulu drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
