Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kendrik Down (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Arg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Down comes to the cage accompanied by Let's Go. Sven Arg is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arg scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Down doesn't seem bothered though.
Arg throws a front kick aimed at Down's knee but Down avoids it well.
Down lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Down connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Arg's hands.

Arg has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Down is pushing Arg up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Nice uppercut lands for Arg. That snapped Down's head back.

Down feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Down is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Westside Martial Arts that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
