Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ouje Bougoumou!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheik doesn't manage to clinch there - Bougoumou circles away.
Sheik closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Sheik has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio in the buildup to the fight.
Sheik misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sheik fails to land with a series of punches.
Bougoumou lands with a straight right. Sheik didn't see that one coming.
Bougoumou jabs Sheik to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sheik. Bougoumou does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bougoumou misses with a takedown attempt
and Sheik counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Bougoumou takes one on the button.
Sheik tries to clinch there but Bougoumou circles away.

Bougoumou shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Sheik kicks Bougoumou off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bougoumou connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bougoumou connects with a body shot.

Bougoumou's corner calls for a 1-2. Bougoumou obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Bougoumou has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bougoumou pulls guard effortlessly.
Bougoumou controls Sheik momentarily but Sheik frees himself.
Sheik throws a big elbow that misses.

Bougoumou is looking for a triangle but Sheik pushes his legs off easily.
Bougoumou is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Bougoumou is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sheik is just riding it out for now. Bougoumou eventually gives up the hold.

Bougoumou is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sheik doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bougoumou.
Sheik looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bougoumou passes to full mount!

Bougoumou is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Bougoumou!
