Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slow Motion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Owen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motion goes for a double leg but Owen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Owen continues to drive forward.

Motion gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Owen to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Owen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Motion doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Owen.

Motion is looking to control Owen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Motion avoid being mounted?

Owen looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Owen wants to take a breather but Motion is having none of it.

Owen looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Owen seems to be looking for submissions.
Owen content to control rather than advance.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Owen is looking to take a break and control but Motion is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Motion instigates a clinch.
Owen tries for a takedown but Motion manages to get underhooks.
Owen is trying to drag Motion to the mat but Motion just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Owen prevents a takedown attempt there.

Slow Motion has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Owen.

Motion looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Motion has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Owen is working away from the top position though.
Motion is staying active underneath Owen, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Owen is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Motion sees it coming and defends easily.
Motion knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Owen on the ground.

Owen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
