Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Henley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Datsik has chosen Classic as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henley darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Datsik buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Henley walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Datsik moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Henley looks to score with a jab to the body but Datsik is just out of range.
Datsik lands a body shot.
Henley chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Datsik can pounce on him.
Henley sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Datsik throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Henley was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

David Datsik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Henley throws a counter high kick but Datsik was just alert enough to avoid it.

Henley postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Datsik covers up, he's hurt! Henley keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Henley and the ref steps in to end the fight! Henley can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
