Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between King Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Searlas Saucier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, King Perry!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Searlas Saucier!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saucier fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Perry avoids it really well and circles away.
Perry connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Searlas Saucier has been cut.
King Perry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perry takes a swing at Saucier's ribcage but misses.
Saucier should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Perry slaps away a takedown attempt from Saucier, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Perry misses with a jab to the body
and Saucier counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Saucier tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Perry manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Perry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Saucier throws a counter combo.
Saucier tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Perry was well out of range. Poor timing from Saucier.
Perry walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Saucier drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Perry swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Saucier's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). King Perry!
King Perry is the new welterweight champion!
King Perry decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
