PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mario Penzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jima Jamm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Penzer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Jima Jamm!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamm bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jamm takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jamm lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Penzer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Penzer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Jamm moves to clinch but Penzer breaks away
letting Penzer counter with a right hand.
Jamm lands a head kick. Penzer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Mario Penzer has been cut.
Penzer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jamm on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A big left from Penzer misses.
Penzer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jamm has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Jamm throws out a loose jab but Penzer uses good head movement to avoid it.

Penzer closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jamm to the mat! Jamm manages to get full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Mario Penzer will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jab, jab by Jamm - just one landing.
A slow jab from Penzer misses its intended target.
Penzer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

I would just about give that final round to Jima Jamm.
