The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornelius cracks Curtis with a good jab.
Curtis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cornelius scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Cornelius closes the distance and clinches.
Cornelius lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Curtis is trying to drag Cornelius to the mat but Cornelius just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Cornelius keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Curtis's efforts to push away.
Cornelius is struggling to control the position.

Cornelius lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Curtis tries to bum rush Cornelius with a series of wild strikes but Cornelius uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cornelius lands with an uppercut that bounces Curtis off the cage and back into range.
Cornelius throws a series of punches but Curtis moves out of range.
Curtis tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Cornelius manages to circle out of the way.
Cornelius misses the shot to the body.
Cornelius ducks under a wild hook from Curtis.

Cornelius lands a nice shot that snaps Curtis's head back.
Curtis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cornelius sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Cornelius tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Curtis looks to land a combination but Cornelius avoids it well.
Cornelius connects with a good right hand that stumbles Curtis. Curtis circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Cornelius drops Curtis with a naaaaasty hook - Curtis is in real trouble here! Cornelius dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
