Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duane Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miro Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang defending well as Perry loads up on a big left hand.
Perry stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Perry wants it to stay on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bang tries a knee to the head but Perry blocks it.

Bang moves out of range as Perry throws a body kick.
Bang moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

It looks like Miro Bang has been cut.
Perry throws a looping overhand right but Bang ducks down to avoid it.
Bang throws out a counter right but Perry avoids it with no problem.
Duane Perry is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That kick from Perry tenderised Bang's leg. Bang is trying to keep his angry face on.
Perry slaps away a takedown attempt from Bang, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Bang counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Perry scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bang looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bang stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Perry.
Bang shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Perry sprawls well. Perry wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bang gets slowly back to his feet.

Perry throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Bang wants to counter with a clinch but Perry pushes him away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Perry.

Bang closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Perry to the mat! Perry manages to get full guard.

Perry manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Perry creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Bang's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Bang drops to his knees and Perry pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
