And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tillion pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dick stuffs the takedown attempt from Tillion. Tillion gets slowly back to his feet.
Jared Tillion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tillion shoots in looking for a takedown but Dick manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tillion's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tillion looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dick is fending him off so far but Tillion persists. Nope, Dick circles away and we're back to standing.
Nick Dick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Tillion.
Dick looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dick shoots in looking for a takedown. Tillion tries to sprawl out of it but Dick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tillion manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tillion changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tillion takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Tillion wants to free his trapped foot but Dick is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Tillion cracks Dick with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

After the fight, Jared Tillion was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
