Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jesus Montalban!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Sami Orgun!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orgun with a lazy takedown attempt
and Montalban counters with a nice uppercut.
Sami Orgun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Montalban slips under a jab from Orgun.
Montalban seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Orgun takes a swing at Montalban's ribcage but misses.
Orgun misses with an attempted mid kick.
Orgun tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Orgun wants to land a leg kick but Montalban is out of range.
Montalban was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Orgun tries to score a power double leg takedown but Montalban sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Orgun somewhat.

Jesus Montalban has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sami Orgun.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Montalban is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

and Montalban counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Orgun thinking.
Orgun fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Montalban has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Orgun shoots in for a takedown but Montalban shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

letting Montalban counter with a right hand.
Orgun tries a head kick but it misses.
Montalban fires out a quick counter leg kick but Orgun just manages to avoid it.
Orgun misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Montalban is looking for a counter combo.
Orgun shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Montalban as he avoids it easily.
Montalban lands a really nice looking cross but Orgun seems unphased.
A lazy left from Montalban finds it's target.
Orgun is rocked!
Orgun has his takedown stuffed
letting Montalban counter with a right hand.
Orgun is still on wobbly legs! Can Montalban finish him?
Orgun with a poor takedown
and Montalban counters with a huge left! Orgun is in big trouble! He's backing up but Montalban isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Orgun from any more damage. A dominating finish by Montalban!
