Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brock Heyman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chrys Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chrys Kyle!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heyman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Kyle kicks off Heyman and gets to his feet.
Kyle has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Brock Heyman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Heyman shoots in but no luck this time.
Kyle connects with a good right hand that stumbles Heyman. Heyman circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jab, jab by Kyle - just one landing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A nice inside leg kick there by Kyle. That's going to slow Heyman down.
Heyman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kyle pinned against the ropes. Kyle gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Heyman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Heyman gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Kyle counter with a right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Heyman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Heyman walks into a jab.
Kyle connects with a body shot.
Heyman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Heyman is countered with a crisp right hand from Kyle that sends him to the canvas! Kyle follows him to the mat into side control.

Heyman is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kyle tries to get to his feet but Heyman is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Kyle in his guard.
Kyle trying to stand up but can't free himself from Heyman's guard.

Heyman is looking for a triangle but Kyle pushes his legs off easily.
Heyman controls Kyle momentarily but Kyle frees himself.
Kyle wants to stand but Heyman has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Kyle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Heyman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kyle has managed to get both his arms back between Heyman's legs - danger averted.
Kyle wants to stand and escape but instead Heyman has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Heyman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kyle's guard.
Heyman wants to take a breather but Kyle is having none of it.
Heyman is really struggling to control Kyle but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Kyle makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Kyle lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A big left from Kyle misses.
Heyman shoots in for a takedown but Kyle shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Heyman closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kyle quickly recovers to half guard.
Kyle tries to kick Heyman off but Heyman keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Kyle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Heyman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Heyman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kyle avoids it really well and circles away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Heyman has his takedown stuffed
and Kyle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chrys Kyle dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Kyle scores with a jab to the body.
Kyle scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Heyman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Kyle circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Heyman to the canvas! Heyman doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kyle keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
