Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leigh Reeves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Sin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee Sin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Leigh Reeves!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lee Sin!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Sin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Sin stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Lee Sin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reeves moves into the clinch.

Reeves pulls guard.
Reeves throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Reeves keeping moving, preventing Sin from controlling successfully.
Sin sitting in guard here, content to control.
Sin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reeves swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Reeves is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Sin, into his guard.

Reeves with a flurry of punches that miss.
Sin seems keen to control Reeves's posture.
Reeves has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Reeves postures up in Sin's guard and throws a big left but Sin blocks it.
Reeves is fighting to break Sin's control of his arms but Sin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sin avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Sin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Reeves is one step ahead there.
Sin managing to control the position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sin has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Reeves has passed into side control.

Reeves misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Reeves wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sin, who protects the arm well.
Sin regains half guard.

Reeves is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Sin is concentrating on defense, preventing Reeves from advancing position.
Reeves really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Reeves is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Sin still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Sin has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Reeves is looking to reverse the position.
Sin lands some shots froms side control.

Sin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Reeves, who protects the arm well.
Sin takes a little break here. Reeves wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Sin goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Reeves rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sin's guard! Nice work there by Reeves!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Leigh Reeves will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!



Sin is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Reeves's half guard.
Sin is just content to waste time from the top position. Reeves takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Reeves looking for a sweep. Not yet Reeves, not yet.
Sin passes Reeves's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Reeves is looking for a sweep. Sin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sin is looking to take a break and control but Reeves is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Reeves has hold of Sin's hands but Sin slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Sin trying to mount his opponent but Reeves defends it.

Sin is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Reeves sees it coming and defends easily.
Sin uses his free foot to push down on Reeves's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Reeves.
Sin with the ground and pound from mount.
A big strike lands for Sin! That's really hurt Reeves and he's turned his back - Sin keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Sin jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Sin!
