Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Symons tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sackett was well out of range. Poor timing from Symons.
Sackett looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Symons throws a hook to the side of Sackett's head but Sackett sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A looping hook to the body misses from Symons. Sackett does a little dance to reset his feet.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sackett.
Symons lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Symons gets a clinch.

Symons has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sackett uses from the top position.

Symons is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sackett throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Symons works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Symons has momentary wrist control but Sackett slips an elbow through the middle.

Symons is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Sackett frees his head nicely. Oh but Symons has switched to an armbar! Sackett is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
