With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Abe De Vries!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Vries tries to clinch up but Fukumatsu circles away and keeps his distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - De Vries looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
De Vries tries to close the distance and clinch but Fukumatsu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
